FORTUNE is in the FOLLOW UP!!!!


Following up with your customer will keep them on the right track!  It will also let them know that you care about them as a person and not just a sale!! 

The fortune is in the follow up!
Make sure your customer contacts you the day they start their products! 
  • On the first day they start
    • Go over the directions again to make sure they took the products properly. 
    • Ask if they weighed, measured and took their before picture.  If not, encourage them to do so.  This will be more important to them than they realize! 
    • Answer any questions they may have at this time.
  • Follow up again on day 3
    • You are just checking to see if they have questions.
    • If they are taking the Boost or Accelerator+ see how it's going for them.
    • Offer encouragement and give praise…be their cheerleader!!
  • Follow up again on day 7
    • Use the same guideline as day 3.
    • Find out their weight loss results or inches lost.
    • Offer encouragement and give praise…be their cheerleader!! 
  • Keep in touch every week or so .….
    • Let them know you are available any time they need you.
    • Always return calls, text or emails asap.
    • Send encouraging messages from time to time. 
    • DO NOT call them everyday….you want to keep in touch but you don’t want to drive them crazy and make them start avoiding you!  
    • If they are not preferred customers,  send them an email, text or call them  1 week before they need to reorder.   This is just a reminder for them to place their order so they don’t have to skip any days waiting for it to be delivered.
