Stop Losing Money Every Month!!!
So, do you have extra money to just throw away??? Well, people are doing just that!!!!!!!!!!

You read the headline correct – Stop Losing Money Every Month!!!!
Last week, Jan Janzen told you the importance of leaving on your Auto-Qualification. This week I am going to talk about it from a different perspective.

Hundreds of you are losing money every month. And, most of you don’t even know it. Here’s the secret: You don’t get paid from the company unless you have your Auto-Qualification turned on. It is just that simple.
Serena Molangi, the head of our Customer Service, came into my office on Tuesday totally frustrated by what she was seeing. Ambassador after Ambassador losing money because they did not have their Auto-Qualification turned on.

Here are the Three Most Common Ways people are losing money:
1. Preferred Customer Income being lost – Serena showed me several Ambassadors who had 3 or 4 Preferred Customers underneath them. These Preferred Customers buy product EVERY MONTH. Every time they do, the company pays their sponsoring Ambassador $8, $15, or $25 right off the bat depending on what they have purchased. But, if the sponsoring Ambassador is not qualified – does not have their Auto-Qualification turned on -- Plexus pays that money to the next fully qualified upline.

2. Losing out on Retail Sales Commissions
If you have a couple of Preferred Customer or Retail customers underneath you, you can earn Retail Sales Commissions from 15% to 25% on the volume they generate. But, you get NOTHING, if your Auto-Qualification is not turned on. The money that you could earn goes to the next qualified Ambassador above you.

3. Business Builder Bonuses Being Lost
Serena showed me several Ambassadors that had lost over $50 last month. How? When an Ambassador underneath you brings a new Ambassador on board, Plexus pays out Business Builders Bonuses to the sponsoring Ambassador AND to the three Ambassadors above the sponsoring Ambassador. But, if an Ambassador doesn’t have their Auto-Qualification turned on, the money they were entitled to earn, goes to the next qualified Ambassador above them.

Lastly, how you do the business is how your team will do the business. If you don’t have your Auto-Qualification turned on, chances are none of your downline will have their Auto-Qualification turned on. You are the leader and that’s who they will copy. We have an expression in network marketing that sums this up:
“The Speed of the Leader is the Speed of the Pack.”

If you don’t want to lose money every month, turn your Auto-Qualification ON. If you don’t know how to do that, call your upline or customer service at 480-998-3490 ext. 3

Cheers,
Alfred Pettersen

EYE OPENER!! TO THE POINT!!!!
12 REASONS YOU’RE NOT AS SUCCESSFUL AS YOU SHOULD BE
 By: Jim F. Kukral

LAZINESS

I don’t think there’s an easy way to put this. I have to assume that you are lazy. Every single successful person works their butts off to get where they are. It’s ok to be lazy. Just admit it. But don’t whine about not being rich and successful, ok?

ENTITLEMENT
Only a few people in the world are part of a lucky sperm club. You and me? We gotta work to get what we want. Quit thinking you are owed something. You’re not. Get to work.

FEAR
You are afraid, plain and simple. Afraid of looking silly. Afraid of what your friends and family will say. Look, your either going to stop being afraid , or you’re not. Nobody can convince you to stop. Imagine though...... what awaits you when you stop with the fear excuse?

NEGATIVITY
You may not realize it but the people you associate with might be negative. They could be soul-sucking beings who don’t want anyone to be successful. Get rid of them, now! Surround yourself with successful people. People you want to be like.

STOP THINKING
How much do you want to bet you have paralysis by analysis? You think way too much about what you could or should do. Doers get what they want, and everyone else gets what they get. Stop analyzing and start doing.

NO GOALS
You plan nothing. You believe that someway, somehow, everything you always wanted will just magically happen. So you “play it by ear” and wait. You need goals to shoot for. Otherwise, you’re just treading water.

“THEY”
There’s no “they”. There’s no secret group of people that controls your success or failure. You’ve made that up to make you feel better about yourself. The truth is you, and you alone, control your success in life/business/everything. It’s easy to blame “them” though, isn’t it? Weak.

NO “X” FACTOR
You can’t do it because you’re not pretty enough. Or don’t have a strong personality. You don’t have the “X” factor? Wow, what an unbelievably lame excuse. The truth is even jerks, idiots and boring people can be just as successful as anyone else. Your problem is you don’t believe it yet.

WASTE TIME
You’re a classic time waster. You spend hours and hours every day working on not-working. You do things that aren’t productive. How are you ever going to get anything done, or reach any goal if you keep wasting time? You’re not. So you might as well give up now if you’re going to keep this path.

THINK SMALL
You think way too small. You are constantly looking only a day or week ahead instead of years ahead. Because of this, you never get anywhere, and you never lead, you always follow.

DON’T WANT IT
You don’t really want to be successful.  Sure, you like to dream about it like everyone else. But in your heart you are afraid of what might happen if you really get it. That’s B.S. fear your brain is feeding you. Success is change, and it feels really, really good. Tell your brain to shut up.

DON’T BELIEVE
You never believed that it’s possible. Society taught you that only a few “exceptional” people get what they want. Everyone else should just settle. If you really want to believe that, go ahead. The rest of us will be at the front of the line because we believe

LEADERSHIP TIPS

-Work smarter not harder.

-Do less......accomplish more.

-Everyone can ALWAYS improve a little.

-You won’t succeed until others want you to succeed. It is a must to build a relationship with your team. They will want the best for you, the will want you to succeed.

-Be present in the moment with people. Give your FULL attention to people when you are talking to them. Stay off your phone, don’t check your emails, stay off your computer. GIVE YOUR FULL ATTENTION! Are you really paying attention? Pay attention to build relationships.

-Don’t be above anything you ask others to do. Make sure your doing everything you are telling others to do.

-Make sure your on stage presence is similar to your off stage presence.

-Make small promises and keep them. Little things matter to people. If you promise someone something, follow through. Empty promises are a big NO NO.

-Strive for frequent and consistent contact. MOTIVATE, MOTIVATE, MOTIVATE.

-Appreciate people in front of others, not just behind closed doors.

-Congratulate people you don’t know.

-Celebrate short term success.

“My Plexus Business Self-Test”
Sometimes we think we’ve done everything we can do to help grow our business and it just doesn’t seem like it’s where we’d like it.  Sometimes, it’s simply a matter of patience; often times, there are more things we need to look at.   The purpose of this quiz is to review the different areas of your business and identify what areas need attention – the goal is to be able to answer all questions with “True.”  After answering these questions, you will have a better idea of the areas you need to work on or discuss with your upline leader.

1
I am a Product of the Product. I have Before/During/After photos,  I have weighed and measured myself &/or I have a testimonial as to how the product(s) are helping me.

2
I am consistently taking Plexus products.

3
I am educated on the Plexus products, ingredients, benefits and possible side effects.  I consistently educate myself on the business and products.

4
I always have 3-day packs or Decision Packs, catalogs, and business cards with me.

5
I have listened to Alfred Pettersen’s 18 Tips in my back office and implemented them.

6
I consistently participate in the Monday night team calls and consistently encourage my team members to participate.  After the calls, I implement ideas that I learned.
(7:00pm Pacific Time - Open to Power Team Members only – muted & recorded - 1-862-902-0100 Access Code #933316)
If you’re unable to participate in live calls, do you have a routine for listening to the recorded version?

7
I consistently participate in the Wednesday night corporate sponsored Opportunity calls. I consistently invite guests to participate – current and potential customers and Ambassadors and then follow up with them after the call.
(6:00pm Pacific Time - Open to Anybody – muted & recorded - 1-218-862-7200 Access Code #610844)
If you’re unable to participate in live calls, do you have a routine for listening to the recorded version?

8
I have a Facebook page for my Plexus business or have combined it with my personal Facebook page and consistently post updates, share testimonials, company news and product information at least 2x/week.

9
I consider my appearance at Plexus events (guest events, launch parties, team meetings, etc.) professional and appealing to others.  I own at least one piece of Plexus apparel.

10
I consistently check “other” Facebook pages. (ie: team page(s), testimonial pages, Sheila Medina’s page, corporate sponsored page)

11

I consistently attend guest events and consistently invite guests.
(I know I need to over-invite.  If I invite 1 or 2 people, the likelihood that they both will come is slim, the more I invite, the more chances of attendance.  Personally attending, even when I do not have guests, will serve as training to help prepare me for hosting my own guest events.)

12
I have held at least one “launch event.”
(I know that this will help let my family, friends, neighbors know that I am a Plexus Ambassador and learn about the products and business opportunity.)

13
I get “out and about” and have a Plexus booth at a variety of public events, both locally and out of town.

14
I have a system in place for following up with customers.
(I know consistent follow up is part of the relationship building and trust building of this business. My customers realize by my follow up that it’s about their health – not the sale.)

15
I give myself a “check up from the neck up” daily and I know that “What I think is what I bring about.”  (Attitude is everything! No room for negativity!)
